Right of withdrawal — 14 days

Under the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@inay-paris.com with your order number.
2. We will send you instructions and a return address suited to your location.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of your request, unworn and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order within 14 days of receiving your request at the latest (we may wait until the returned item is received). The refund includes the item price and the original standard delivery costs.

Defective or non-conforming items

You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact us with a photo: we will arrange an exchange or refund at no cost.
