Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Seller

These terms and conditions apply to sales made on the INAY Paris website, published by Inay Rose, a sole trader (EI) under the French micro-enterprise regime, trading as INAY-PARIS, registered under SIRET number 834 227 805 00053, with a registered business address at 137 avenue de France, 75013 Paris, France. Contact: contact@inay-paris.com.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are fit-over sunglasses. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly for colours.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are in euros. For delivery to France, Spain, Belgium, England, Germany, Portugal, Italy and Switzerland, customers pay only the displayed product price: delivery is free and any import taxes and charges are covered, with no additional payment at checkout or on receipt.

Article 4 — Orders

An order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and confirmation of payment. An email summarising the order is sent to the customer.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due when ordering, using the methods offered on the website. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address supplied by the customer within the times stated in our shipping policy. If a delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the sale under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Details are provided in our returns policy.

Article 8 — Statutory guarantees

Products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 — Personal data

Collected data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 10 — Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact our customer service. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: Médiation en Seine — 17–25 avenue du Maréchal Joffre, 92000 Nanterre — mediation-en-seine.fr. These terms are governed by French law.
